1. Course and Subscription Cancellations

1.1 One-Time Course Purchases

  • No Cancellation: Once a course has been purchased, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless there is a technical issue, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

1.2 Subscriptions

  • Cancellation of Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the period for which you have paid.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

1.3 Process for Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Account: Access your account settings on the GBAC LMS portal.
  2. Navigate to Subscription Management: Select the option to manage or cancel your subscription.
  3. Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

2. Cancellations Due to Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the course or service you purchased, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, and you wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Global Business Acumen Centre

3.1 Termination of Services

Global Business Acumen Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or specific courses and services for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of our Terms and Conditions or other policies.

3.2 Refund for Cancellation by GBAC

If we cancel a course or service you have purchased, you will receive a full refund for the portion of the service that was not delivered, unless the cancellation is due to a breach of our terms.

4. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. Continued use of our services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
